A conversation about 99 Years, How Maine Became the Whitest State, a podcast that documents the current Portland Charter Commission in the full context of Maine's History. This event features the podcast host, writer, and producer Sam James, in a panel discussion with producer Flo Edwards, Portland City Counselor Victoria Pelletier, Portland Charter Chair Michael Kebede, and in collaboration with Signature Soul (Signature MiMi + Marco Soulo).
